Jon Ellis Has Been Innovating in Marketing and Property Technology for Over 20 years.
I developed and grew the world’s largest business to business off the plan property marketplace Investorist.com which I still run today. Prior to that I owned a large advertising agency who boasted numerous property and hospitality companies as its clients including The Hilton South Wharf.
I also own and operate 2 high end vacation rentals in St Kilda Australia. Through owning my own vacation rentals I very quickly realised that short staying my properties could dramatically increase my revenue per property. However I equally realised that I was completely in the hands of Airbnb and my earning potential was capped because of this.
